By sending a binding order, you agree to the conditions of participation:
- The participant is obliged to follow the instructions of coaches and leaders.
- In case of repeated reprimands for violation of the discipline, the Hockey School Ostrava z.s. exclude a participant from the campsite.
- Hokejová škola Ostrava z.s. does not provide any compensation in the event of an accident.
- Accident insurance or supplementary insurance is paid by each participant.
- After sending the application and receiving the variable symbol, it is necessary to pay a deposit of CZK 130 EUR within 7 days. Failure to do so will invalidate your booking.
- Cancellation: in case of cancellation of participation until 31.3. - 30% of the deposit, until 31.5. - 50% of the deposit, in case of cancellation after 16.7. - 100% of the deposit.
- Important: we reserve the right to change the venue or cancel the camp.
